• Ismaily coffee is produced in Manakha district – Bani Ismail sub- district – Sana’a Governorate, and is grown on the mountain terraces and valleys at an altitude of 1700 – 2500 meters above sea level.

• Dawiri (mostly), Ja’adi ,Tuffahi and Udini.

• Method of production: Coffee is drying under the sun over rooftops and in modern dryers.

Characteristics: Very luxurious coffee,  through which you can taste the taste of dried fruits, such as tamarind, strawberries, apricots, and bananas, and you will find the flavors of dark cocoa and the flavor of wild fruits, in short, it is the coffee of princes and kings.
