• Khawlani Coffee is produced in Khawlan Amer, Sa’ada Governorate, and is grown on the mountain terraces and valleys (mostly) at an altitude of 1400 – 2500 meters above sea level.
• Types: Udini (mostly), Dawiri and Tuffahi.
• Method of production: Coffee is drying under the sun over rooftops and in modern dryers.
