• Harazi Coffee is produced at Manakha district- Sana’a Governorate, and is grown on the mountain terraces and valleys at an altitude of 1700 – 2500 meters above sea level.
• Types: Ja’adi (mostly), Dawiri, Tuffahi, Bua’ami and Udini.
Method of production: Coffee is drying under the sun over rooftops and in modern dryers.
Characteristics: classy, with a complex taste when cooled after grinding.You will love it when you want to make coffee.
